What is Parkour?

Parkour is a method of training to improve oneself physically and mentally, usually by preparing for and attempting challenges. Parkour combines practical movement skills such as running, jumping and climbing, with creating a strong body and a strong mind.

This discipline is principally focused on self improvement, with practitioners aiming to realise their full potential and encouraging others to do the same. Practitioners (Traceurs) initially aim to find their limits. Then they constantly challenge and redefine them.
