Give Parkour A Go
Developing young athletes is a big passion of ours and is something we have world leading experience in. Our classes offer the best possible start for young people to begin Parkour.
We give them the techniques, strength, co-ordination and mobility to practise Parkour effectively and safely.
Our classes cater for children as young as 7 and work all the way up to age 16 where learners can go on and join the adults classes.

Monday Indoor Academy (Ages 7-11)
This class aims to build the motor skills and core values in young people that will help them develop in both Parkour and later life. The class teaches Parkour and Free Running movements and skills in a safe supportive environment.
Monday Indoor Academy (Ages 12-16)
This class offers structured training geared towards creating strong foundations of Parkour technique, and physical fitness through natural movement. Using our specialist Parkour equipment we aim to offer the most complete and comprehensive Parkour training for young people.
