JUMP Parkour’s Refund Policy:
We limit the size of our classes in order to ensure the highest possible quality.


If you wish to cancel a booking you have made for a class and receive a refund, you must do so at least 24 hours before the start of the class.



If you cancel after the 24-hour cut off point, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please endeavour to do so as early as possible so that another student can take your place.

 The above terms apply to all types of booking, as well as Class Pack Credits.

A recurring membership direct debit can be canceled at any time with no additional charge. The account holder can still attend classes under the membership until it expires a month from the latest payment date. However, please be aware that the original payment is non-refundable.
