Friday Indoor Class (All Levels)
The Outdoor Adults class is suited for a range of abilities, from newer practitioners to grizzled veterans. Expect plenty of training and learning in a positive indoor environment using our custom Parkour equipment. Those looking for a whole body workout to improve their fitness look no further; this class has everything for you!
Adults Strength & Conditioning (All Levels)
The outdoor strength and conditioning class is designed to be accessible to people of all levels who are willing to push themselves! You can expect a night of difficult but fun challenges which start off at Bede Island Parkour Park and progress through physical challenges around the city, no matter the weather. If you are looking to challenge yourself and get stronger in the process, this session is perfect for you.
